At Zene Customs, each rug is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✅ Your order number
✅ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
✅ A brief description of the issue
If the issue is due to our mistake, we will work with you to find a resolution.

Because each rug is custom-made, we cannot accommodate order changes or cancellations once your purchase is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
